MIA and your AI assistants: chat about what's on screen, create your own agents, and control usage and limits.
MB Suite brings AI assistants that know your workspace data and help you understand it, generate content, and get tasks done without leaving the screen. The most used one is MB Suite AI (also called MIA), which you open with the ⌘J shortcut or the MB AI button from any screen. In the AI Agents section you see, create, and control all your agents.
MB Suite AI (also called MIA) is MB Suite's native assistant. You open it with the ⌘J shortcut or the MB AI button from any screen; it knows the view you're on, answers in natural language, and can propose actions that you confirm.
Beyond the system agents, in your organization you can create your own. With the Create agent button you define its name, what data it can see, how it answers, and whether it can propose actions. In agencies, you can also create agents per account.
MB Suite brings system agents available to everyone. In the Areas tab, each area of the product has an assigned agent, so the AI answers with a focus on what you're doing. You can change which agent answers in each area.
MB Suite's AI runs on monthly credits. In the Usage tab you see how much you used, which agent and which user consumed the most; in the Limits tab you set caps so you don't overspend.
Real situations where AI Agents save time: read a dashboard without being an analyst, give the AI your agency's tone, specialize it by area, serve each client with their context, and control the team's spend.
Most problems with the AI come down to three causes: the month's credits ran out, a data source isn't connected, or the agent assigned to that area isn't the one you expected. Here's how to solve each one.
