Give each client a branded space to see their results, and control what they access.
The Client Portal is a branded space where your clients see their reports and dashboards in real time, without accessing your internal operation. You set it up in Settings > Client Portal.
Before giving a client access, define the portal's address and your brand in the Settings tab: a subdomain on mb-suite.com or your own domain, plus your name, logo, and favicon.
Create a client's access with New Client, choose which accounts they enter and which sections they see. The client only accesses what you assign: never your internal operation or other clients.
The Insights tab and the Last Access column show you who enters the portal and who doesn't. Use them to know whether your deliverable is landing and to follow up with inactive clients.
It's almost always one of these causes: the portal has no address configured, the client is inactive, their invitation is still pending, the custom domain isn't verified, or access was suspended. Here's how to solve each one.
