Analytics
Measure and report: dashboards, monitors, reports, explorer, alerts, and scheduled deliveries.
Analytics
Analytics module
Analytics brings together everything you need to measure and report: dashboards, monitors, explorer, reports, alerts and deliveries. What each tool does and when to use the right one.
Getting the most out of Analytics: use cases
Concrete recipes that combine the Analytics tools: the automatic monthly report, the campaign dashboard, the cross-account check, catching drops on time and ad-hoc analysis.
I don't see data in my dashboard, monitor or report
If a dashboard, monitor or report appears empty, it's almost always an unconnected integration, a poorly chosen source or data that's still loading. The most common causes and how to solve them.
Dashboards
Build your first multi-platform dashboard
In Analytics > Dashboards you build a visual report that brings together data from all your platforms in one place. You start from a template, adjust the widgets, set the date range and save it.
Which widgets to use in your dashboard and when
Each widget shows your data in a different way. Get to know the KPIs, charts, tables, text, image and control filters, and which one fits each case.
Create your own metrics with formulas
Combine the metrics you already have into a formula — estimated lead value, blended cost across platforms, your own efficiency ratio — and use it in any dashboard widget or report block, across every account in the workspace.
Date ranges and period comparison
The date selector controls the period of everything you're looking at — in a dashboard, all its widgets at once. Where that period is saved (a report, a delivery, a template, an Explorer view) you also choose whether it's Dynamic (it recalculates on its own) or Fixed dates (frozen); in a viewer it's just a filter for right now.
Organize your dashboard into pages
A dashboard can have several pages, each with its own name and widgets. It's useful to split complex reports into sections without piling everything into one view.
Manage your dashboard templates: filters, order and states
Find any template in seconds: filter by type, platform, state or creator, save the filters and sorts you repeat, and understand what separates a Workspace template from a System one.
Share and export your dashboard
Your team sees the dashboards automatically. With your clients you share them through the white-label portal, and for presentations or archiving you generate a PDF with your brand.
A widget won't load: error, permission or disconnected source
If a dashboard widget shows an error while the rest works, it's almost always its data source: the integration isn't connected, the permission isn't enough or the connection expired.
Reports
Reports and Explorations
Reports is a document-style builder to create reports with blocks, text and your brand. Explorer lets you analyze data on the fly with pivot tables. And deliveries make the report arrive on its own.
Manage your deliveries: statuses, filters and the list
Find any delivery in seconds: filter by status, account, label or creator, save the filters you use most, and adjust the table view to your liking.
