I don't see data in my dashboard, monitor or report

Updated 2026-07-07

In two lines: an empty view is almost never a system error. It's usually a missing integration, a poorly chosen source or data that's still being gathered. Check these causes in order.

1. The platform isn't connected

A dashboard, monitor or report only shows data from the platforms connected in that account. If you haven't connected any (or not the one the widget requests), it will appear empty. Connect them from Settings > Integrations. To see what you can connect, see Integrations: what you can connect and how they work.

2. You're in the wrong account, or without an assigned source

Data lives per account. Confirm that you're inside the right account and that the dashboard has the data source of that account assigned. A well-configured widget pointed at an account without that platform appears empty.

3. The period has no data

Check the date range: if you chose a period with no activity (or earlier than the connection), there's nothing to show. Try "Last 30 days" to rule it out.

4. The data is still loading

When you've just connected a platform, the data takes a little while to sync. And some sources (like Google Search Console) report with a 2 to 3 day delay. If you just connected or the data is from today, wait a bit.

5. It's just one widget, not everything

If the rest loads and one widget shows an error (integration not connected, permission or expired connection), it's not a general problem: see A widget won't load: error, permission or disconnected source.

General rule: before thinking something is broken, check (1) that the integration is connected in that account, (2) that the date range has activity, and (3) that the data doesn't need time to sync. That explains almost every empty screen.
