The 14-day trial: what it includes and whether you need a card

The 14-day trial gives full access at no charge, once per organization type (one agency workspace, one enterprise workspace). A card is requested up front and, when the trial ends, the plan continues automatically unless you cancel before then.

Troubleshooting

I couldn't complete the payment, or I got in but don't see my plan

If the payment didn't go through, or you got in and don't see your plan active, it's almost always solved by retrying the payment or waiting a few minutes for it to confirm.

Plans

Plans and pricing: what each plan defines

Your plan determines the quota of accounts you can have and the monthly base price. All modules are included in every plan; what varies is usage (AI credits, email sends). You see plans and pricing in Settings > Subscription, and adding subscribed accounts earns a volume discount on the base price.

What counts toward my storage?

Your plan includes a storage space shared by your whole organization. Everything heavy you upload counts —Media Library, CRM and WhatsApp files, email attachments, AI content, your social archive, and documents—, while logos, thumbnails, and small inline images don't. Here you see how much you have, how to read the bar, and what happens when it fills up.

Subscription

Manage your subscription: change, activate, or cancel your plan

From Settings > Subscription you see your plan and your next charge, change tiers seeing the exact prorated amount before you accept (upgrades are charged right away to your saved card), activate your plan when the trial ends, and cancel whenever you want. If price is the problem, the cancellation dialog offers you a cheaper tier before you lose access — and if you're going to cancel anyway, export what you want to keep first.

View your invoices and your payment method

In Settings > Subscription you'll find the invoice history to download them and the payment method to keep it up to date.

Brand Kit

Set up your brand: logo, colors, and name (Brand Kit)

In Settings > Branding you upload your logo, your colors, and the app name so that MB Suite and the portal look like your brand, not like MB Suite. It's the foundation of white-label.

Three settings that define how your space looks and what it includes: the workspace profile (name, logo, regional data), your personal preferences (theme and language), and the modules you have active.

Invitations

Invite your team and manage access

Add your team from Members: you invite each person by their email and assign them a role. Until they accept, they stay as a pending invitation, which you can resend or cancel.

Accounts

Create and activate a client's account

Each client lives in its own Account within your workspace. You create it from Accounts, and when you activate it you choose who pays its subscription. The account inherits the workspace's integrations and modules.

Navigation

Switch between your workspaces and accounts

From the organization selector in the top bar you jump between your workspace and each client account. Some sections only appear in the workspace and others only inside an account.
