Plans and pricing: what each plan defines

Updated 2026-07-14

In two lines: your plan defines how many client accounts you can manage and the monthly base price. Modules come separately: an included set plus the premium ones you activate. You see everything in Settings > Subscription.

What does my plan define?

MB Suite has tiered plans (Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise). Each higher tier lets you manage more client accounts for a higher monthly base price.

Modules are a different thing: they don't change between plans. All of them include the same base set, and the premium modules are activated separately when you need them.

Some features have usage-based charges, separate from the plan price: AI credits (MIA chat and MIA Voice) and Email Marketing sends that exceed the included monthly quota. The rest of the plan is fixed.

How many accounts does my plan include?

It depends on the tier. The entry plan (Starter) lets you manage a limited number of accounts. As you grow you move up tiers —Growth, Scale, and Enterprise—, and each one raises the cap. You see the exact limits and pricing of each tier in Settings > Subscription. Changing plans takes a couple of clicks: see Manage your subscription.

Is there a discount if I have many accounts?

Yes. As you add accounts, a Volume Discount applies: the more accounts you manage, the lower the cost per each. The discount is reflected automatically in your subscription.

Where do I see current pricing?

In Settings > Subscription. There you see your current plan and, when you subscribe or change tiers, the price of each one with the detail of what it includes.

Plans, charges, and cancellation conditions are governed by the Terms & Conditions, which always hold the current version.

Still have questions?

Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
