Manage your subscription: change, activate, or cancel your plan

Updated 2026-08-28

In two lines: everything about your plan lives in Settings > Subscription: there you see your plan and your next charge, change tiers, activate the plan when the trial ends, and cancel whenever you want.

Where do I manage my plan?

In Settings > Subscription. Management is reserved for the workspace's administrator roles. There you see Your Plan and the Estimated next charge.

If you work as an agency, that screen also has an Accounts block with every account in your portfolio and a tag showing who pays for each one. The detail is in Your agency's billing.

How do I change plans?

Use Change tier to move up or down a level. Pick the tier you want and the confirmation shows Current plan, New plan, Monthly price and the exact breakdown for the rest of your cycle: the credit for unused time on your current plan, the charge for the new plan until the cycle ends, and the Total due today. When you upgrade, confirming with Confirm & pay charges that total right away to your saved payment method — you never leave the app — and the new limits apply instantly. If the charge fails, nothing changes: update your card and try again. When you downgrade, there is no charge: the difference stays as a Credit balance applied automatically to your upcoming invoices. In both cases your renewal date stays the same, and your next invoice is the full month of the new plan.

To go down a tier, your current accounts have to fit in the new plan's quota. If you have more accounts than the lower tier allows, MB Suite blocks the change and tells you the cap: unlink or remove accounts first.
If the confirmation warns that the exact adjustment couldn't be calculated at that moment, the change still goes through and the prorated adjustment (charge or credit) still applies that same day: the detail appears on your invoice. It doesn't mean the change is free.

My trial ended: how do I activate the plan?

If you're on the trial and want to start using the paid plan, use Activate Plan Now. The trial ends and your subscription becomes active.

If you already used your trial for this organization type, the subscription is born active: there's no trial to activate and the first charge happens when you confirm the payment.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Use Cancel subscription on the same screen. Depending on your plan's status, the cancellation may be scheduled for the end of the current period; in the meantime, you can use Revert cancellation if you change your mind.

If you're canceling because of the price, check the dialog first: when your agency workspace has a cheaper tier where your current accounts still fit, the confirmation offers it under Is it about the price? There's a more affordable option, with a Switch to button carrying that plan's name and its monthly price. Pressing it takes you straight to the tier-change confirmation — you keep your workspace, your accounts, and all your data instead of losing access.
If you're going to cancel, export and back up what you want to keep first (reports, dashboards, information you've loaded). For the detail on how your data is handled after cancellation, see the Terms & Conditions.

What does the screen look like once it's canceled?

Once the cancellation goes through, Your Plan shows the Canceled status and the date, with no upcoming charges. From then on the screen no longer offers Change tier or Cancel subscription — there's nothing left to change on a subscription that ended. What you do get is the option to subscribe again whenever you want, with the Subscribe to Plan button carrying the tier you pick: your history and settings are preserved.

Plans, charges, and cancellation conditions are governed by the Terms & Conditions, which always hold the current version.
