The 14-day trial: what it includes and whether you need a card

Updated 2026-07-15

In two lines: when you create your workspace on a plan with a trial, you get 14 days of full access at no charge. A card is requested up front, but you're not charged anything during the trial.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

Yes. When you create the workspace a card is requested, but you're not charged anything during the 14 days. It's kept on file for when the trial moves to the paid plan.

What happens when the 14 days end?

When the trial ends, your plan continues automatically and only then is the first charge made: you don't have to do anything to keep going. If you don't want to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything.

What does the trial include?

Full access to the base plan during the 14 days, so you can try MB Suite with your real data.

Do all plans have a trial?

The 14-day trial applies to Agency Starter and Enterprise Standard. The Agency Growth, Agency Scale, and Enterprise plans don't have a trial: billing starts when you activate the subscription.

Plans, charges, and cancellation conditions are governed by the Terms & Conditions, which always hold the current version.
