Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. When you create the workspace a card is requested, but you're not charged anything during the 14 days. It's kept on file for when the trial moves to the paid plan.
What happens when the 14 days end?
When the trial ends, your plan continues automatically and only then is the first charge made: you don't have to do anything to keep going. If you don't want to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything.
What does the trial include?
Full access to the base plan during the 14 days, so you can try MB Suite with your real data.
Can I use the trial again on another workspace?
The trial is granted once per organization type: you can use one trial for an agency workspace and one for an enterprise workspace. When you've already used the one for that type, MB Suite tells you before you pay — you'll see You've already used your free trial. on the checkout screen, and the subscription starts that same day. A workspace that already had a trial doesn't get a second one either, even if you cancelled and are subscribing again.
Do all plans have a trial?
The 14-day trial applies to every plan when you're eligible for it — what determines it isn't the tier you pick, but whether you've already used your trial for that organization type.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
