The 14-day trial: what it includes and whether you need a card

In two lines: the 14-day trial is one per company, and within your company, one per type of workspace (agency or enterprise). If it's already been used, your new subscription starts today and is charged when you confirm.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

Yes. When you create the workspace a card is requested, but you're not charged anything during the 14 days. It's kept on file for when the trial moves to the paid plan.

What happens when the 14 days end?

When the trial ends, your plan continues automatically and only then is the first charge made: you don't have to do anything to keep going. If you don't want to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything.

What does the trial include?

Full access to the base plan during the 14 days, so you can try MB Suite with your real data.

Can I use the trial again on another workspace?

Within your company, the trial is granted once per type of workspace: one trial for an agency workspace and one for an enterprise workspace. When that one has already been used, MB Suite tells you before you pay — you'll see You've already used your free trial. on the checkout screen, and the subscription starts that same day. A workspace that already had a trial doesn't get a second one either, even if you cancelled and are subscribing again.

My company already used the trial: why doesn't it apply to me?

The free trial is one per company, not one per person. If someone at your company already used it, the checkout screen shows Your company has already used its free trial. before you pay: your subscription starts that same day, it's charged when you confirm the payment, and you can cancel it whenever you want. MB Suite recognizes the company by the corporate domain of your email and by the website you load into the workspace.

If your company already works in MB Suite, you probably don't need a new workspace. Ask its administrator to invite you: you get into the same space, with the data and settings your team already has. See Invite your team and manage access.
Client accounts inside your agency are exempt. Activating an account for a client doesn't consume your trial and isn't affected by this rule.

Do all plans have a trial?

The 14-day trial applies to every plan when you're eligible for it — what determines it isn't the tier you pick, but whether your company (or you, for that type of workspace) has already used the trial.

Plans, charges, and cancellation conditions are governed by the Terms & Conditions, which always hold the current version.
