Invite your team and manage access

In two lines: in Settings > Members you add your team: you invite each person by their email and assign them a role. The role defines what they can see and do.

How do I invite someone?

Go to Settings > Members, use Invite Member, and enter the person's email. At the moment of inviting, you assign a role, which determines their permissions. To choose the role well, see Roles and permissions: who can see and do what.

What happens until they accept?

The person shows as a pending invitation until they accept and create their access. In the meantime you can resend the invitation (in case it didn't arrive) or cancel it. Only when they accept do they join your team.

If the invitation doesn't arrive, check that the email is correct and ask them to look in their spam folder before resending.

How do I remove someone or change their role?

From the Members list, on each person you can change their role or remove them from the team. Removing a member revokes their access immediately.

Members belong to the workspace and are assigned to the accounts from there. Removing someone from the workspace takes away their access to all accounts at once.
