Before deleting: do you actually need to delete?
Almost every reason to delete has a reversible option that solves the same thing:
- You want to stop paying → cancel the subscription and keep the workspace. See Manage your subscription.
- You want MB Suite to stop accessing your accounts → disconnect the integrations in Settings > Integrations; the workspace stays as it is. See Connect your platforms to MB Suite.
- You want it out of your way → use Archive in Settings: it's hidden from your main list without losing any data, and you reactivate it whenever you want.
- You need your data deleted → write to us at
support@mb-suite.comand we'll handle the request.
How to delete a workspace
- Open the workspace you want to delete and go to Settings (you can also open it from that workspace's card menu in Workspaces).
- At the bottom, in the red Delete Workspace block, press Delete. Only the owner and the admins can complete it.
- MB Suite checks your billing first — you'll see Checking for pending payments… for a moment.
- Read the warning and confirm with Delete. There's no going back from here.
"You can't delete this workspace yet"
That message means there's an unpaid invoice on the workspace. While a payment is pending it can't be deleted, so an open balance doesn't disappear along with the workspace. The dialog shows you the amount and the invoices with Pay, which opens the secure payment page for that invoice.
If instead you see that the payments couldn't be verified, nothing is deleted: use Retry in a few minutes. MB Suite never deletes a workspace without confirming first that nothing is outstanding.
Other cases where it stops you
- The workspace has associated accounts — you see Cannot delete with how many accounts it has. Resolve those accounts first; if you need a hand, write to us at
support@mb-suite.com. - It's a client account with its own live subscription — cancel that subscription first, from its Subscription section, and then delete it.
Deleting a client account (agencies)
From Accounts you delete an account in your portfolio with the same dialog. If it's an account that pays for itself and it has an unpaid invoice, deletion is blocked until it's settled — and instead of the payment button you get Copy payment link, so you can send it to your client and they resolve it on their side. The detail of who pays each account is in Your agency's billing.
