What are integrations for?
Connecting your platforms is what turns MB Suite into your operations hub. Instead of logging into five different dashboards, you bring all your ad spend, your analytics, and your social channels into one place. With that you build dashboards and reports that combine every platform, compare performance across channels, and show your client the full picture, without exporting spreadsheets or jumping between tools.
What can you connect?
- Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You bring in spend, campaigns, performance metrics, and conversions from all your ad accounts, to see them together and compare channels.
- Analytics and search: Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Google Business Profile. You add your site's traffic, your ranking on Google, and your local presence (reviews and searches for your listing).
- Social media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube pages. You publish and measure your organic content: reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Messaging: WhatsApp, for support and the CRM.
Do I need extra connectors or pay per integration?
No. The integrations are native and included in your plan: you connect directly with each platform, without intermediary tools like Zapier or Make, and without paying per connection. Connect all the ones you use.
How do I connect an integration?
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Choose the platform and authorize access with your account.
- In Settings > Data Sources, choose which accounts or properties you want to monitor.
See Assign the data sources for each account.
How do they stay connected?
Over time, a platform may request new permissions, or access may expire. If it requests new permissions, the card shows a Pending permissions chip and it's resolved with Update permissions. If access has expired, the card marks it as Connection expired and it's resolved with Reconnect. In both cases you don't lose your configuration. See Reauthorize an integration.
Connected but don't see any data?
There's almost always a missing step after connecting: adding the platform as a source in Settings > Data Sources so MB Suite can show its data. In a few cases, the connection needs to be reauthorized. See I don't see data in my dashboard, monitor, or report.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
