What does "Pending permissions" mean?
When MB Suite adds a new capability to a platform (for example, publishing to a type of account it didn't support before), that feature needs a permission your connection doesn't have yet. Everything you were already using keeps working; only the new feature stays on hold until you reauthorize.
The same applies if access to the platform expired over time: the connection stops bringing in data until you renew it.
How do I recognize it?
- A Pending permissions chip (in amber) on the platform's card, in Settings > Integrations: new permissions are missing.
- The card marked as Connection expired: access has expired and needs to be renewed.
- A notice when you try to use a feature that requires the new permission.
How do I resolve it?
- Go to Settings > Integrations and find the platform's card with the notice.
- If it says Pending permissions, click Update permissions. If it says Connection expired, click Reconnect. The platform's window opens with the permissions that are needed.
- Confirm the permissions. When you return, your connection is renewed.
Your data sources, the accounts already linked, and the rest of the configuration are kept: renewing access doesn't reset anything.
