In what places is my brand shown?
- The platform — your logo and colors in the top bar and the interface.
- Reports and PDFs — your deliverables carry your logo (the Logo for Reports and PDFs), not MB Suite's.
- The client portal — the portal is shown with your brand and your domain. See Set up your portal.
- Emails — your sends go out from your domain and with your identity.
- Vault links — the page where your client opens the credentials you share, or enters the ones you request, shows your name, on your own domain if you set one up. If you set your own App Name, it also carries your logo; without one, it carries MB Suite's. See Store your clients' credentials in the Vault.
That's why branding is the foundation of white-label: it's what makes your client see your brand on every screen and in every deliverable.
Can I remove the “Powered by MB Suite” mention?
No. The Powered by MB Suite mention is always visible, on every plan and even with your brand and your own domain set up. It's a discreet line at the bottom of the side menu, both in the platform and in the client portal, and on the portal's sign-in screen. You'll also find it in the footer of the emails MB Suite sends on your behalf, such as Email Marketing campaigns and report deliveries, and in PDF reports. There's no setting to hide it.
Does each account use my brand or its own?
An Account can inherit the workspace's branding or have its own. The usual case is for it to inherit the agency's, for a consistent image; but if a client needs their own identity on their portal, you can give that account its own branding.
