In two lines: the Brand Kit you configure doesn't live only in the top bar: it's applied to your reports and PDFs, the client portal, and your emails. Setting it up well makes everything your client sees look professional.
In what places is my brand shown?
- The platform — your logo and colors in the top bar and the interface.
- Reports and PDFs — your deliverables carry your logo (the Logo for Reports and PDFs), not MB Suite's.
- The client portal — the portal is shown with your brand and your domain. See Set up your portal.
- Emails — your sends go out from your domain and with your identity.
That's why branding is the foundation of white-label: it's what makes everything yours for your client.
Does each account use my brand or its own?
An Account can inherit the workspace's branding or have its own. The usual case is for it to inherit the agency's, for a consistent image; but if a client needs their own identity on their portal, you can give that account its own branding.
To understand the workspace–account relationship, see Workspace and Account: how your clients are organized.
If you change the workspace's branding, the accounts that inherit it update on their own; those with their own branding stay as they are.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
