In two lines: if the payment didn't go through, or you got in and don't see your plan active, it's almost always solved by retrying the payment or waiting a few minutes for it to confirm.
Was the payment declined?
This usually happens due to funds, card limits, or incorrectly entered details. Try another card, or check the details and attempt the payment again.
Did you close the payment without finishing?
Your workspace is created, but without an active plan. Start the payment again to activate it. When you retry, no duplicate workspace is created: the same one is resumed.
Did you pay but don't see the plan active?
Activation may take a few minutes to reflect. Wait a moment and reload the page.
If after a while the plan still doesn't appear active, check the status in Settings > Subscription before attempting another payment: it's likely already being processed.
