In two lines: in Settings > Branding, the Brand Kit tab defines your identity: logo, colors, favicon, and name. It's what makes the platform and the portal look like your brand.
What do I configure in the Brand Kit?
In Settings > Branding, the Brand Kit tab (Brand & Appearance section):
- App Name — what your platform is called for your team and your clients.
- Logo (Light Background) and Logo (Dark Background) — so the logo looks good in the top bar in both themes.
- Favicon — the small icon on the browser tab.
- Logo for Reports and PDFs — the one that appears on your deliverables; you can use the same one as the app or a different one.
In Colors you define your Primary color, your Accent color, and additional colors.
The Powered by MB Suite mention isn't part of the Brand Kit: it's always visible, on every plan, and can't be removed. See where it appears.
Configuring branding is available for the workspace's administration roles.
Set up your brand early: the sooner you do it, the more parts of the platform and your deliverables come out already with your identity. To see where it applies, see Where your brand appears.
And the access and email domains?
Branding also has two domain tabs, and your client portal has its own address:
- Domain Access — the address with your brand where your team signs in to the app: a subdomain on mb-suite.com or your own domain (for example,
app.youragency.com). - Email Domain — where your emails go out from: Set up your sending domain so your emails arrive.
- The client portal's address isn't set here but in Settings > Client Portal: Set up your portal: subdomain, custom domain, and brand.
When your team signs in at your access address with Continue with Google, the sign-in passes through mb-suite.com for a moment: a screen, Confirm where you're signing in, shows your domain and, once they confirm, Google's window opens and they come back to your domain already signed in. It's a security step: only the people on your team —members of your workspace or of its Accounts— get in this way (on an Account's own domain, only that Account's members); with any other account, the screen says it doesn't have access and offers Use another Google account. Signing in with email and password doesn't change.
