Where do I see what prints on my invoice?
In Settings > Subscription, right below Payment Method, the Billing Details card shows exactly what your invoices carry on your side: Name or legal name, Tax ID, Address, and Billing email. If you haven't entered a tax ID yet, the card opens expanded with the No tax ID on file notice, so it doesn't go unnoticed.
How do I add or correct my tax ID?
- Go to Settings > Subscription in the workspace that holds the subscription.
- Scroll to the Billing Details card, right below Payment Method.
- Click Edit billing details. Stripe's secure portal opens in a new tab — the same one you use for your card.
- Update your name or legal name, your tax ID (RFC, CUIT, CNPJ, CPF, NIT, RUC, VAT…), and your billing address, and save.
- Come back to the MB Suite tab: the Billing Details card refreshes on its own with the updated data.
What does the invoice include?
On your side, whatever the Billing Details card shows: name or legal name, tax ID, address, and billing email. On the issuer's side, the legal entity that operates MB Suite — APEX LAB SOLUTIONS LLC, Dover, Delaware, United States — with its tax identification number (EIN). That's the pair of data your accountant usually needs to book the expense. You download each invoice from the Invoice History on the same screen: see View your invoices and your payment method.
Viewing these details is available to the workspace's administrator roles; the Edit billing details button only appears if you're the owner or an admin of the workspace that holds the subscription. If the card tells you the details are created when the subscription is activated, it's because that workspace doesn't have an active subscription yet: see Manage your subscription.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
