What counts toward my storage?
Everything heavy you upload across the platform, grouped into the categories you see in the Storage bar: your Media Library images and videos, WhatsApp media from the CRM (including the history brought over when you connect your number), CRM files (attachments on people, companies, deals, and notes) and email attachments, AI content you generate, your Social archive, and Documents (knowledge base, brand voice, and other reference files).
How do I read the Storage bar?
The Storage bar shows how much of your space you've used, and below it a chip for each category with its size, so you know at a glance what's taking up the most room. You find it at the top of the Media Library. If you manage several accounts, the bar shows the shared pool for the whole workspace.
How much storage does my plan include?
It depends on your plan. An agency gets a single space shared with all its client accounts, and it grows as you move up tiers. An independent organization or an account with its own subscription gets its own space. You see the exact figure for your case right in the Storage bar; for how plans and tiers work, see Plans and pricing: what each plan defines.
What happens when I run out of space?
When you're close to filling up, the owner gets an email so you can act ahead of time. If you reach the limit, manual uploads are paused (you'll see a Storage full message) until you free up space or move to a larger plan. Your automatic flows are never interrupted: incoming WhatsApp messages, for example, keep arriving even with a full pool.
How do I free up space?
Delete what you no longer use, starting with the heaviest categories in the bar: old videos and images in the Media Library, large attachments in the CRM, or reference documents you no longer need. To tidy your files, see Organize your files in the Media Library. If you regularly need more space, moving up a plan is the cleaner option: see Manage your subscription.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
