Share and export your dashboard

Updated 2026-07-07

In two lines: your team sees the dashboards automatically, you show them to your clients through the Client Portal with your brand, and for a presentation or archive you generate a professional PDF.

With your team

There's no need to share anything by hand. Any workspace member with access to the account sees its dashboards automatically. Who has access to what is defined from roles and permissions, not from each dashboard.

With your clients (Portal)

The portal is the professional way for your client to see their reports, with your logo and your colors instead of a tool's brand:

  • Set up the portal from Settings > Client Portal.
  • Assign the dashboards you want that client to be able to see.
  • The client enters through their link and finds only their data, always up to date.

The portal takes your identity from Settings > Branding (logo, name and color), so the experience is entirely yours.

As PDF

To attach to an email, bring to a meeting or keep a record of the month, export the dashboard to PDF. The file is built on its own with:

  • Cover page — title, account name, date range, applied filters and your logo.
  • One section per page of the dashboard, with its header.
  • Layout optimized for reading: KPIs on top, charts arranged and tables at full width.
The PDF always comes out in light theme, designed to print or project, regardless of the theme you use in the platform.

To split the report into sections before exporting it, see the article Organize your dashboard into pages.

Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
