What can MIA do for you?
- Answer with your real data — it checks your account before answering: how many deals are in a stage, which tasks are overdue, how a campaign is doing. From the platforms you connected —ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile, YouTube and social— it brings the numbers day by day or by campaign, against the previous period if you ask, in a card with the chart or the table (see Ask MIA about your numbers: campaigns, traffic and social in a data card).
- Do the work — create, edit, move, assign, label, archive or delete, in the modules that are active in your account.
- Set things up — a CRM pipeline with its stages and fields, labels, a dashboard or a report. When it's many changes at once, MIA puts them together in a plan you approve with one click (see Plans of several steps: approve many changes at once). In a new account, MIA can set it up with you from scratch (see Set up your account with MIA: ready to work in a few minutes).
- Work in the background — what takes a lot of work, like reviewing dozens of campaigns or going through several Accounts, MIA proposes as a background job: it does it while you get on with your work and lets you know when it's done (see Background jobs: hand MIA the long work and get on with yours).
- Work on its own, with a routine — what repeats —checking the spend pacing every morning, the still deals every Monday— MIA sets up as a routine, for itself or for the area's agent: it works on its own, only proposes and leaves what it found in AI Agents > Work (see Routines: put an agent to work on its own, on a schedule or when something happens).
- Remember how you work — your business profile, your team's rules and your preferences, so you don't have to repeat them in every conversation (see What MIA remembers: your account's memory and how to correct it).
- Take you where you need to go — what's done on a screen, like authorizing an integration, MIA can't click for you: it takes you there and tells you what to do.
- Read what you attach — images, PDFs, CSV files and Excel spreadsheets.
Can MIA see or do more than I can?
No. MIA works with your permissions and never more: your role, your access to each module and, in the CRM, the same limits you have. If you're a viewer, MIA answers your questions but doesn't edit or delete anything; if something needs another role, it tells you who can do it. It never gets into an organization you don't have access to, and everything it does is recorded under your name: in Activity it shows up as done with MIA.
If you work in an agency workspace, MIA can also work in the client Accounts you have access to: tell it which one. Each card shows where the change will happen with the In {Account} label.
What doesn't MIA do?
- It never sees passwords, API keys or secrets, not even the ones you keep in the Vault.
- It doesn't read the email or calendars you connect: see MIA and your data: what it sees, what it never sees and how long it's kept.
- It doesn't change your subscription, your plan or your payment card, and it doesn't buy credits: it takes you to the screen where an owner or an admin does it.
- It doesn't talk about prices or offer anything commercial: if you need that, it passes your request to the MB Suite team (see When MIA can't do something yet, and how to pass a request to support).
- Its model and its instructions aren't customized per account: MB Suite chooses them and improves them for everyone. That's why AI Agents doesn't offer Personalize for MIA. What you do give MIA is how your account works —its rules, its profile, your preferences—, in its memory.
How do I start?
- Open MIA with ⌘J (Ctrl+J on Windows) or the MB AI button in the top bar. At the top of the panel you see who's helping you —MIA or, in an area, its specialist— and, next to it, how it works for you: Proposes or Acts. Everyone starts in Proposes; if your account allows it, click that label to choose in the How MIA works menu (more in The two levels of MIA: Proposes and Acts).
- Write what you need in your own words, or tap one of the suggestions. If you don't know where to start, What can you do for me? is always there.
- Watch it work: each step MIA takes shows up as it happens (“Working… 3 steps”). If one doesn't go through, the step says so —“Couldn't create…”— with the reason; and if the request takes more changes than MIA makes one by one, the step says “Creating… needs a plan” and MIA gathers them in a plan. You can stop it at any moment with Stop or Esc.
- Review the cards: what MIA proposes, what needs your confirmation and what it already did arrive as cards with their buttons (see Apply, confirm and undo what MIA does: the cards).
- Rate the answer with Helpful or Not helpful: after a thumbs down you can tell us what was missing. That's how the MB Suite team improves MIA.
What else is in the panel?
- Viewing: {screen} — MIA knows which screen you're on, so you don't have to explain where you are. The ✕ on that label stops sharing it (Stop sharing the view); the eye button next to the message box shares it again (Share your current view).
- Attach files — the + next to the message box: choose Attach file or Attach image (images, PDF, CSV or Excel). You can also paste them or drop them on the box.
- Start voice dictation — the microphone, next to the send button, if your browser supports it: you dictate your request instead of typing it.
- Top right: History (the clock), Background jobs (the briefcase, while you have unfinished jobs, with an amber dot when one is waiting for your OK), New conversation (the +, once there are messages) and More options (⋯) with See everything MIA and the agents did —which opens your account's Activity showing only what was done with MIA and the agents (the Source filter set to MIA)—, What MIA remembers —the account's memory, in Settings > MIA— and Background jobs.
- History — your conversations with MIA, in Recent and Archived, with a search box. Each one's menu has Rename, Archive and Delete.
- See step by step — under each answer: what MIA checked and did to answer you, and the credits it used.
- Who's helping you — in each area, its specialist (or the agent your team chose) helps you, with its face and name at the top of the panel, and Hand off to MIA, the chip just above the message box, passes the conversation to MIA (see The chat in each area: who helps you and how to hand the conversation to MIA).
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
