System agents: an expert for each area

Updated 2026-07-14

In two lines: MB Suite brings system agents available to all users. In the Areas tab, each area of the product has an assigned agent, so the AI answers with a focus on the task you have in hand.

Why does the AI answer differently depending on where I am?

Because there isn't a single agent for everything: MB Suite is multi-agent. Each area has its own expert agent assigned, so the help you get in Paid Media is tuned for ads, and the one in SEO for positioning. That's what makes the answers useful and not generic.

Which system agents does MB Suite bring?

These are the system agents that come ready, each with its specialty:

  • MB Suite AI (also MIA) — all-around digital marketing assistant: ads, SEO, social, and email marketing.
  • Paid Media Expert — paid advertising specialist: it analyzes your real campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and guides you to use and configure the Paid Media module.
  • Social Media Expert — social media specialist: it analyzes your real social performance and guides you to use and configure the Social Planner (posts, Content Studio, Brand Voice).
  • SEO Expert — SEO specialist: it analyzes real rankings, audits, and indexing, and guides you to use and configure the SEO module (Planner, Rankings, Web Audit, Indexing).
  • Analytics Expert — analytics specialist: it analyzes cross-platform data and guides you to use and configure Dashboards, Monitors, Alerts, and Reports.
  • Email Marketing Expert — email marketing specialist: strategy and copy, plus guidance to use and configure campaigns, flows, audiences, and templates.
  • CRM Expert — product guide for MB Suite's CRM: it walks you step by step to learn, configure, and use the module (views, settings, the Setter —virtual salesperson— and common flows).
  • Data Analyst — cross-platform data analyst: anomaly detection, comparisons and trends, plus guidance on where to see your data in MB Suite.
  • Meeting Prep — prepares executive briefings before a meeting: summaries with wins and alerts, a data-based agenda, and the questions the client is likely to ask.
  • Content Creator — social content specialist: ideation, copywriting, hashtag strategy, content calendars, and per-platform optimization.
  • Media Optimizer — budget optimization specialist: pacing, spend redistribution and ROAS, plus guidance on where to act in MB Suite.
  • Marketing Intelligence — client-facing AI consultant: it interprets campaign performance and explains marketing data in plain language (it's the Client Portal's assistant).

To talk to a specific one —for example Meeting Prep or Content Creator— open it from the agent selector in the MB AI chat: there you choose which one answers, grouped by System, Workspace, and Account.

The agent assigned to an area also powers features you already use without opening the chat: suggestions and analysis that appear inside the section itself.

Can I change which agent answers in an area?

Yes. In the Areas tab, each area shows its current agent with a default mark. You can change it for another —including a Workspace one you created— so that area uses the assistant you prefer. If you change your mind, you can restore the default agent.

To create your own agent and assign it to an area, go to Create and configure your own AI agent.

Still have questions?

Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
