How do I create an agent?
Go to AI Agents and click Create Agent. A side editor opens with several steps you can go through in order.
What do I configure in each step?
- General — the name, the description, the icon and color, the AI model (the editor comes with one selected by default, so you don't need to decide it to get started), and the Response style (Precise, Balanced, or Creative), depending on whether you want more exact or more original answers.
- Context — what the agent can see: Screen context, Data sources, and the types of data from your operation it can work with. Your workspace's basic information is always included; here you add the rest.
- Capabilities — how it interacts. The Conversational mode (it reads, analyzes, and answers) is always on; you can add execution capabilities so it proposes actions and waits for your confirmation.
- Prompts — the instructions that define its behavior and the frequently used quick prompts.
- Knowledge — your own material that you want it to have on hand.
- Testing — try the agent before making it available to your team.
Can I create an agent per client? (agencies)
Yes. If your workspace is an agency one, when creating an agent you can assign it to an Account: it will access that client's data and documents. These appear under the list's Account filter, separate from the Workspace ones.
Why can't I edit some agents?
The configuration of System agents is disabled: you can chat with them but not edit them, MB Suite manages them and they're available to everyone. To have one tailored to you, create your own from the Workspace with the configuration you want.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
