How the AI credit pool works
Everything you do with the AI — chatting with the agents, generating images, or talking to MIA by voice — draws from the same pool of credits. The pool renews at the start of each billing cycle. You decide how to spend it: you can put it all into one activity or combine them freely.
Credits included per plan
| Plan | AI credits / cycle |
|---|---|
| Standard (company) | 15,000 |
| Starter (agency) | 15,000 |
| Growth (agency) | 30,000 |
| Scale (agency) | 45,000 |
| Enterprise (agency) | 90,000 |
How to read the estimates below
Example: on a 15,000-credit plan, generating around 55 images already uses about half of your credits — the other half stays available for chat and voice.
Estimated usage by plan
Each row shows what a plan's full pool would yield if spent entirely on one activity — chat messages, generated images, or minutes of voice. Remember they all draw from the same total, so a real month combines the three.
| Plan | Credits | 💬 Chat only | 🎨 Images only | 🎙️ Voice only |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard (company) | 15,000 | ~5,000 messages | ~110 images | ~50 min |
| Starter (agency) | 15,000 | ~5,000 messages | ~110 images | ~50 min |
| Growth (agency) | 30,000 | ~10,000 messages | ~220 images | ~100 min |
| Scale (agency) | 45,000 | ~15,000 messages | ~335 images | ~150 min |
| Enterprise (agency) | 90,000 | ~30,000 messages | ~670 images | ~300 min |
What if I need more credits?
If you use up your cycle's credits, you can buy additional credit packs to keep going without waiting for the next renewal. The extra credits are added to your balance and are used automatically once the plan's credits run out. Buying packs is available to the workspace owner or admin from AI Agents › Usage, with the Buy credits button.
To see how much you've used in real time and control the team's spend, check See your AI usage and control your credits.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
