Where do I see how much AI I used?
In AI Agents, open the Usage tab. There you have, for the chosen month:
- Monthly AI Credits — how many credits you've used out of the period's total.
- Calls of the Month and Most Used Model — the usage volume and which model was used the most.
- Per Agent and Per User — the breakdown of who and which agent consumed the most.
- Usage per day — the month's curve, to spot spikes.
You can change the period with the month selector.
What are credits?
Each interaction with the AI consumes credits. The plan's credits renew every month. If you need more, an owner or admin can buy additional packages with Buy credits.
Voice is counted separately, with its own Voice Credits (MIA Voice): the plan's ones renew every month and the extra ones don't expire.
How do I avoid going over budget?
In the Limits tab you can set consumption caps, so the team doesn't exceed what you planned without noticing. Combine it with the Per User breakdown to know where to adjust.
