Ask MIA about what you see on screen

Updated 2026-07-14

In two lines: MB Suite AI —which you may see as MIA, it's the same— is MB Suite's native AI assistant. Open it with ⌘J or the MB AI button in the top bar and ask in natural language: it knows the view you're on, so you don't need to explain the context.

How do I open MIA?

Click the MB AI button in the top bar, or use the ⌘J shortcut (Ctrl+J on Windows). The chat panel opens over the current screen, without losing what you're doing. To start from scratch, use New conversation.

What does "it knows the view" mean?

MIA receives the context of the screen you're on. If you open it on a dashboard, it already knows which dashboard it is; on a CRM deal, it knows which deal you're talking about. You can ask directly —"what changed this week?"— without describing where you're standing.

The more specific your question, the better the answer. Instead of "how am I doing?", try "which campaign dropped its performance this month?".

What can I ask it?

  • Read and summarize what you have on screen: metrics, trends, what stands out.
  • Explain a concept or a piece of data you don't understand.
  • Propose actions — for example, creating a task or preparing a draft. MIA proposes the action and waits for your confirmation before running it; nothing happens without your approval.

Can I talk to it by voice?

Yes, in two ways. In the Voice tab (MIA Voice) you have a spoken conversation: you speak and MIA answers you out loud. This mode consumes Voice Credits, separate from text ones (check how many you have left in See your AI usage and control your credits). And within the Chat tab, the microphone button lets you dictate your message —it turns it into text— without spending voice credits. The first time, the browser will ask you for microphone permission.

Still have questions?

Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
