Get the most out of AI Agents: use cases

Updated 2026-07-15

In two lines: beyond "asking the AI things", AI Agents solve concrete work. These are common cases, with what to do and what you gain.

Read a dashboard without being an analyst

Situation: you have a dashboard full of numbers and little time to interpret it. What to do: open it, press MB AI (⌘J) and ask "what changed this week and what should I pay attention to?". MIA uses the screen's context. Result: a clear-language summary of what matters, in seconds, without exporting anything.

Give the AI your agency's tone

Situation: the content the AI generates reads well, but not like your brand. What to do: in AI Agents, use Create Agent and define in General the response style and in Prompts how your brand should express itself. It stays as a Workspace agent. Result: an assistant that writes with your agency's voice, reusable by the whole team.

Specialize the AI by area

Situation: you want an area's help to use your own agent, not the general one. What to do: in the Areas tab, change the agent assigned to that area for the one you created. Result: more finely tuned answers every time you work in that section. See System agents: an expert for each area.

Serve each client with their context (agencies)

Situation: you manage several clients and don't want to mix their data. What to do: create an Account agent per client; each one accesses only that account's data. Result: per-client assistance, without context leaks between accounts.

Control the team's AI spend

Situation: several people use the AI and you don't know how much each one consumes. What to do: review Usage (Per User and Per Agent) and set caps in Limits. Result: spend under control, with visibility into where it's used the most. See See your AI usage and control your credits.

Still have questions?

Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
