Account and plans

Can I try MB Suite for free?

Yes. On plans with a trial you get 14 days of full access at no charge. See The 14-day trial: what it includes and whether I need a card.

Do I need a card for the trial?

A card is asked for when you start, but nothing is charged during the 14 days. See The 14-day trial.

How do I change plans?

You manage your subscription from Settings > Subscription. See Manage your subscription.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. You manage it from Settings > Subscription; your plan stays active until the end of the current period. See Manage your subscription.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you're thinking about cancelling your subscription, we recommend you export and back up the information you've loaded into MB Suite and want to keep. For the detail of how your data is handled, see the Terms and Conditions.

Plans, charges and cancellation conditions are governed by the Terms and Conditions, which always hold the current version.

Product and scope

What platforms does it connect to?

With the main ones for advertising, analytics, social and search: Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Google Business, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp, among others. See Integrations: what you can connect and how they work.

Does MB Suite replace Zapier or Make?

Many connections that in other tools need an integrator (like Zapier or Make) are native here: you connect the platform directly, without middlemen. See Integrations: what you can connect and how they work.

Is the data real-time or imported?

They sync from each platform you connect. See Integrations: what you can connect and how they work.

Can I export my reports as PDF?

Yes. Dashboards and reports are exported to PDF. See Share and export your dashboard.

Does it post to my social networks automatically?

Yes. You schedule and publish to your social networks from the Social Media Planner. See Create and schedule your first post.

Is there a mobile app?

There's no native app. You can access some sections from your phone's browser, with limited features.

What languages is it in?

In Spanish, English and Portuguese (Brazil).

Clients and brand

Do my clients see my internal operation?

No. In the Client Portal, each client sees only their own account's data, never your operation nor other clients. See Give a client access and control what they see.

Can I use my logo and my domain (white-label)?

Yes. The portal is customized with your brand and with your subdomain or your own domain. See Set up your portal: subdomain, custom domain and brand.

Does the client portal have a cost?

No. The Client Portal is included in your agency plan, at no extra cost. See The Client Portal.

Data, security and AI

Is my data secure and separated from other organizations'?

Yes. Each organization sees only its own data: MB Suite isolates information per account and no client or agent accesses another organization's data.

Is MIA a person or an AI?

MIA is an artificial intelligence, not a person. It's MB Suite's native assistant. See What AI Agents are and how they help you.

What can and can't MIA do?

It reads and analyzes your data, generates content and proposes actions that you confirm. It doesn't run anything without your approval nor access other organizations' data. See What AI Agents are and how they help you.

Does MIA have a usage limit?

The AI runs on monthly credits that renew; you see your usage and can add more. See See your AI usage and control the credits.

General use

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes. You import your contacts and deals into the CRM. See Import your current contacts and deals.

Can I schedule automatic reports?

Yes. You schedule the automatic sending of your reports. See Create reports and share them: Reports, Explorations and Deliveries.

Can I handle several brands or clients from one account?

Yes. Each client is an Account inside your Workspace. See Workspace and Account: how your clients are organized.

Can I give different permissions to my team?

Yes. You assign roles to each member (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer). See Roles and permissions: who can see and do what.
