In two lines: three concrete recipes so the Social Media module actually saves you time. Each one is a real situation, the steps with the UI, and the result you get.
Build a whole month's calendar in one afternoon
Situation: every week you start from scratch thinking about what to post.
What to do:
- Define your Brand Voice just once so the AI writes in your tone (see Brand Voice: define your brand's voice).
- Generate the month's pieces with Content Studio (see Content Studio: generate content with AI).
- Schedule everything in the Planner and organize it with labels (see Create and schedule your first post and Organize your calendar: labels and filters).
Result: a month of content loaded and scheduled, instead of chasing after each post.
Keep everything true to your brand even when several people post
Situation: different people load content and the tone ends up a patchwork.
What to do:
- Set up the Brand Voice with the brand's tone, personality, and vocabulary.
- Complete your Branding (logo and colors) so the visual pieces come out with your mark.
- Generate from Content Studio so everyone starts from the same base.
Result: the content sounds and looks like your brand, no matter who loads it.
Learn from what works and adjust
Situation: you post often but don't know what to change to grow.
What to do:
- Review Social Media > Insights to see which formats and topics perform (see Social Insights: measure performance).
- Look at what your competition is doing (see Track your competition on social media).
- Reinforce in Content Studio the pillars that work best.
Result: you decide with data, not intuition, and repeat what already gave you results.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
