Make the AI draw YOUR business: account material and scenes

Updated 2026-08-27

In two lines: while building a series plan, the AI reads your account's material and writes a scene for each post and each slide. Those scenes are what the images execute — and you can read and edit them before spending a single credit.

It's the difference between an image that could belong to anyone —an anonymous office, a person with a laptop— and one that looks like your company: your real venue, your product, your customer. You get there by loading material, not by writing longer prompts.

What does the AI read to decide what gets drawn?

The model that builds the topic plan is the one directing the art. It reads everything you have loaded, once per run:

  • Context Documents — the files you upload in Settings > Profile > Context Documents: brand manual, decks, briefs, catalogs.
  • Brand Documents — the ones you upload inside Social Media > Brand Voice. They feed exactly the same place, so upload each file wherever feels most natural.
  • Brand Voice — above all Audience persona, Communication tones and Tone notes: they decide who appears in the image and with what mood.
  • The series topic and its attachments — what you write in the wizard when creating the series, plus the photos or PDFs you attach there.
  • Your Branding — the logo and colors in Settings > Branding. If they're loaded, they win over any color the AI finds in the material.

What does it write with all that?

  • The series' visual world — two or three sentences about where everything happens, who appears and what the light is like. It's the common thread across every piece.
  • One scene per post — the real place of your business, who's in it and what they're doing. It arrives already written in each post's Scene description.
  • One scene per slide, on carousels — written together, so the slides tell a story instead of repeating the same motif four times.
  • The palette, if your material declares it — if the brand manual names the colors, the AI uses them by name. It never invents them.

The model that draws never reads your documents: it receives the scene already written plus a short summary of your brand. That's what makes the result auditable — what you see written is what's going to be drawn.

How do I adjust the scenes before generating?

  • In the topic plan step, open the post you want to correct.
  • Edit its Scene description: place, who appears, what they're doing, framing. The wand button (Suggest with AI) next to the field helps you write it.
  • On a carousel, adjust the headline and the scene of each slide in the list that appears below Number of slides.
  • Generate. What gets drawn is the scene that was saved: if you wrote it, yours is the one that rules (a slide's scene takes precedence over the post's).
A concrete scene beats a style adjective every time. "The resident checks the notification in their living room, with the neighborhood street through the window" gives you an image of yours; "modern and professional" gives you a stock photo.
The scenes are written when the plan is built, not when the images are generated or when you regenerate a post. If you upload new material afterwards, create the plan again so the AI takes it into account.
The material is always read from the series' own account, never from the parent workspace. If you work with client accounts, each one needs its own documents and its own Brand Voice — mixing the agency's material into a client's images is exactly what we avoid.
The brand summary never overrides what you configured: a scene you wrote by hand, a post that replicates a reference design, or an exact text you fixed for the image all keep the last word. When the design comes from a reference, the palette isn't even applied, so the brief doesn't fight your own reference.

Where does this apply?

  • Social Series in Content Studio — the full case: visual world, one scene per post and one per slide. See Content Studio: generate content with AI.
  • Ad Creator (Paid Media) — the creatives come out with your identity, your audience and your brand personality, but you write the scenes yourself: ad plans don't go through the topic plan. See Create creatives and copy for your ads with AI (Ad Creator).
  • Generate Image with AI, in the Planner — the standalone image you generate while creating or editing a post also comes out with your brand and your audience in mind, without the series' scenes.
  • Photo Session — it has its own circuit, driven by the reference photos you upload. See Photo Session: product photos with AI.

And if you have no material loaded at all, nothing breaks: the series is generated exactly as before. It just won't look like your business yet.
