Organize your calendar: labels and filters

Updated 2026-07-07

In two lines: organize your posts with color Labels, switch between the Calendar and List views, and filter by status, platform or label. Everything lives in Social Media > Planner.

How do I use labels?

Assign color Labels to your posts to categorize them (for example, "Christmas Campaign", "Organic", "Promo"). You can create and manage them from the post editor or from Manage Labels, and then filter to see only the posts with a given label.

What views do I have?

In Social Media > Planner you switch between two views:

  • Calendar — monthly view where each day shows its scheduled posts. Ideal for the month's overview.
  • List — table view with all posts, their statuses, dates and platforms. Ideal for quick management, and lets you select several posts at once to change their status, assign labels or delete them in bulk.

How do I filter?

Filter by status (draft, pending, approved, published), by platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) or by label. Combine filters to find exactly what you need.

Define a few clear labels from the start —by campaign or by content type—. It's much simpler than reorganizing hundreds of posts later.
