How do I see my published posts?
- Go to Social Media > Planner and open the Published tab.
- Click Sync to fetch the latest posts and metrics from your connected networks.
- The Grid view (default) shows each post with its media and stacked stats; switch to List for a comparative table.
- Click any post to open its detail, with the platform preview and every available metric.
How do I sort my published posts?
Sorting lets you surface your best or worst content in seconds — no spreadsheets. It's the same Order system you already use in Projects.
- Open the Order panel in the toolbar and pick a field under Quick order: Publish date, Reach, Likes, Comments, Shares, Saves or Engagement rate. Click it again to flip between ascending and descending.
- In the List view you can also sort by clicking a column header — hover any metric column to see its name; only Date shows as text. Each click cycles ascending → descending → no order.
What do the performance badges mean?
Badges are computed automatically from each post's metrics, comparing it against your own posts on the same platform. Hover over a badge to see the exact criterion.
- New — published within the last hours.
- Viral — growing far faster than your typical post on that platform.
- Trending — clearly above your platform's median pace.
- High eng. — a high rate of interactions relative to views.
- No traction — days online with very few views; a candidate to rework or learn from.
Analyze a post with AI
Know in seconds whether a post worked — and why. On any post in the grid, MIA reviews the actual content along with its real metrics, a benchmark of your own account (same format, same platform) and the publish date, then returns a clear performance verdict (🟢/🟡/🔴) with actionable recommendations for your next post. The metrics decide whether it worked; the content analysis explains that number.
- In the Published tab, hover over a post in the grid. On Instagram and Facebook posts the Analyze with AI button appears at the top-right of the thumbnail.
- Click Analyze with AI. MIA's chat opens and delivers its verdict; keep chatting to dig deeper into any recommendation.
What MIA looks at depends on the post's format: on Instagram and Facebook it watches the full video (with audio, scene by scene); on image or carousel posts it reviews the images; a text-only post is analyzed from its caption. Either way, your real metrics and the account benchmark are always part of the analysis.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
