How do I access it?
- Go to Social Media > Insights.
- Choose the date range you want to analyze.
- Explore the metrics per platform or in a consolidated view.
What metrics do I have?
- Reach — how many people saw your content.
- Engagement — interactions like likes, comments and shares.
- Follower growth — their evolution over time.
- Best times — when your audience is most active.
You can compare performance across platforms to see where your content works best.
Always compare against the same previous period (this month vs. last month): that's how you separate a real trend from seasonality. And use the best times to schedule your next posts for when your audience is most active.
