What is the Accounts section?
It's the view of your whole portfolio: each client is an Account with its own data, dashboards, and integrations. From here you search and filter them by Tags, by Team (who has access), or by how each one is billed.
It only appears in agency workspaces; it's the level from which you look "outward", at all your clients at once.
How many accounts can I manage?
It depends on your plan: each tier (Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise) raises the number of accounts you can manage. As you add accounts you get a volume discount. You see the exact limits and prices for each tier in Settings > Subscription. See Plans and pricing.
What can I do in bulk?
Handle many clients without repeating the same work client by client:
- Import Accounts from a CSV to add several at once.
- Tag, archive, and sort accounts in bulk.
- Create Dashboards in Bulk — deploy the same dashboard to several accounts at once, instead of building it in each one.
How do I see everything about my clients together?
The Accounts section has cross-account views —that is, of all your accounts at once—:
- Agency analytics — Monitoring, Dashboards, and Explorer of your whole portfolio in one place. See Agency analytics: monitor and analyze all your accounts.
- Cross-account SEO — see Review the SEO of all your accounts.
- Cross-account Paid Media — see View and manage the Paid Media of all your accounts.
