Agency analytics: monitor and analyze all your accounts

Updated 2026-07-14

In two lines: Agency analytics brings together three cross-account views —Monitoring, Dashboards, and Explorer— so you can see and optimize your whole portfolio without entering each client's workspace.

What does Agency analytics include?

They're three views inside the Accounts section, each for a different use:

  • Monitoring — the daily pulse of your accounts, to catch in time the one that went down.
  • Dashboards — each client's dashboards, all from a single place.
  • Explorer — cross-cutting data analysis on the fly, without building a dashboard.

Monitoring: the daily check of your whole portfolio

In Accounts > Monitoring you go through the per-platform performance of each account, one at a time, without entering its workspace. It's the check you do every morning to catch in time the account that had a drop: a paused campaign, a metric that plummeted, or a broken connection.

Keep in mind that an account with no connected integrations won't show data here until you connect it.

Don't want to depend on watching? Set up alerts so they notify you when a metric crosses a threshold. The concept is explained in Monitors and Alerts; here you apply it to all your accounts.

Dashboards: the dashboards of all your clients

In Accounts > Analytics > Dashboards you consult your portfolio's dashboards from a single place, without switching account each time. To build a dashboard from scratch, see Build your first multi-platform dashboard.

Explorer: analyze cross-cutting data on the fly

In Accounts > Analytics > Explorer you have ad-hoc views to look at your accounts' data on the fly, ideal for a one-off query that doesn't warrant a fixed dashboard. Explorer is explained in Reports and Explorations.
