SEO is constant, low-visibility work. The Planner makes it tangible: it shows your client what was done, what is underway, and what's coming, month by month.
What's in the SEO section?
The module groups together several tools that work together:
- Planner — planning and tracking of actions (this article).
- Rankings — tracking your keywords' positions. See Track your positions with SEO Rankings.
- Site Audit — the site's technical analysis. See Audit a site's technical health (Site Audit).
- Indexation — sitemaps and coverage in Google. See Control your site's indexation in Google.
- Local SEO — the Google Business Profile listing. See Manage your Google Business listing (Local SEO).
How do I create an action?
- Go into the account and head to SEO > Planner.
- Click New Action.
- Pick a starting point: a template (from the Workspace or the System) that comes with the action already built, or Create without template to start from scratch.
- Fill in the Action type, the title and, if applicable, the subactions and the month. To learn which front each type represents, see Learn the SEO action types and when to use each.
- Save with Create Action.
You can also apply an SEO Pack: a set of predefined actions that load all at once, spread across months. It's the fastest way to bring a full strategy onto the board.
How does the workflow work?
Each action lives in one of three columns: Pending → In Progress → Completed. Drag the cards from one column to another as the work advances, or open them to update the detail and the subactions.
The month's stats (total, pending, in progress, completed) give you a pulse on progress without having to count cards.
How do I plan several months?
The board is navigated by month. Each month shows only its actions, so you can leave the next months' work ready and go back to review previous ones. An action you didn't get to close can be moved to the next month from the card itself.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
