Automate follow-up: Sequences and booking pages

Updated 2026-07-13

In two lines: Sequences trigger automatic emails, tasks and messages to nurture a prospect over time. And your booking page lets the contact pick a free time slot and schedule the meeting on their own.

What is a sequence?

A sequence is a series of automatic steps that run over time on a contact: send an email, create a follow-up task, send a message. Instead of remembering to write "in 3 days", the sequence does it for you.

  • Go to CRM > Sequences.
  • Build the steps: what is sent, in what order and with how much time between one and the next.
  • Add contacts to the sequence; from there it runs on its own.

It's useful for nurturing leads that aren't ready to buy yet and for keeping any prospect from going cold for lack of follow-up.

When the contact replies or schedules a meeting, the sequence can stop on its own so as not to keep writing to someone who already reacted. Review that condition when building it.

How do booking pages work?

A booking page is your own scheduling link. You pass it to a contact, they pick a meeting type and a free time slot according to your time zone, and the booking is confirmed with a notification email for both. They can cancel or reschedule from the same link.

For it to show your real time slots, connect your calendar in CRM > Settings > Team, in your Personal integrations. Each salesperson has their own availability.

Without the calendar connected, the booking page can't show free time slots. Connect it first. See Centralize WhatsApp, email and calls in the CRM.

Next step: see how automatic follow-up fits into your day to day in Manage a deal: history, activities and agenda.
