Receive and manage responses: email, table, and export

Updated 2026-07-08

In two lines: each submission arrives by email to whoever you define, with all the contact's data, and is saved in the form's Responses tab. From there you filter and export to Excel.

Who gets the notification?

In Email notification you define who receives each inquiry:

  • In Internal recipients, add the emails you want each response to reach (we suggest the sales team's). It allows up to 10.
  • Customize the subject; you can use variables like the contact's name.

That way your team finds out instantly and can reach out without even entering MB Suite.

Enable Reply to → contact's email: when someone on your team replies to that notification email from their inbox, the reply goes straight to the contact. For it to work, the form needs an Email-type field.

Can I confirm to the visitor that I received their inquiry?

Yes. The Auto-reply to the visitor sends them a confirmation email as soon as they submit the form. You write the subject and the message (it allows variables like their name), and it's sent automatically.

To use it you need a verified domain and a sender configured in Branding, so the email goes out from your brand.

Where do I see all the responses?

Inside each form, the Responses tab gathers everything that comes in, in an ordered table:

  • Search and filter by date or by status (successful, rejected, email failed).
  • Open any response to see all the data the visitor sent.
  • With Export CSV you download all of them or only the selected ones, to work on them in your spreadsheet.

Next step: to turn each response into a lead your team manages, see Turn responses into CRM leads (with their source campaign).
