My form isn't receiving responses

Updated 2026-07-08

In two lines: if nothing arrives, check that the form is Active, that your site's domain is in Allowed origins, and that the installed snippet is the current one. Test form tells you which side the problem is on.

Is the form active?

A form in Paused doesn't receive submissions: the link responds with an error and the snippet on your site shows an error. Go to Management > Web Forms and confirm it's Active.

Is your site's domain authorized?

The form only accepts submissions from the sites you authorized. If your site isn't on the list, every submission is rejected.

  • In the editor, review Allowed origins and confirm your site's URL is there, with https://.
  • If you use www and non-www, add both variants.

In the Responses tab, filter by Rejected: if you see rejected submissions, it's almost always an unauthorized-origin issue.

Is the installed snippet the current one?

If you changed the fields after installing, the site's form may be out of sync. Go back to Copy snippet and hand the updated version to your developer.

How do I know if the problem is MB Suite or my site?

Use Test form inside the editor: fill in the fields as a visitor and fire the full circuit (validation, saving, email and, if it's linked, lead creation).

  • If the test works but nothing arrives from your site → the problem is in the installation (unauthorized origin or old snippet).
  • If the test doesn't work either → review the required fields and their validation.
If the form receives responses but doesn't create leads in the CRM, it's not a reception problem but a linking one. See Leads aren't entering the CRM or aren't syncing.
