From plan to results: how Paid Media works

Updated 2026-07-13

In two lines: the Paid Media module connects the four stages of your advertising: planning the budget, creating the ads, managing the real campaigns on each platform, and measuring what worked. All in one place, without going into each platform separately.

What's the journey of a campaign in Paid Media?

The whole module revolves around the same monthly cycle. Understanding it tells you which tool to use at each moment:

  • You plan. You define how much you'll invest, on which platforms, and with what objectives. You build it in the Planner (your media plan and budget). If you want a starting point, Estrategias IA proposes a campaign structure for you.
  • You create the ads. You generate creatives and copy with Ad Creator, and preview them exactly as they'll look with Ads Visualizer before launching them.
  • You launch and manage. From Campaign Manager you operate your real Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaigns: pause, activate, and adjust budgets without leaving MB Suite.
  • You measure. In Insights you see the consolidated performance of all platforms (spend, CPC, CTR, conversions), and in Overview you have the module's general view.
  • You optimize. You adjust on the fly: you automate budgets with Auto-Budget, clean up your Google searches with Search Terms, and keep your campaigns healthy with Link Checker and Recommendations.

The module's goal is for you to stop jumping between each network's platforms and work your entire advertising — planning, creating, operating, and measuring — from a single place.

Where is everything?

The Paid Media section of the menu groups the whole module together. These are the tools and what each one is for:

  • Overview — the general view: how your campaigns are doing at a glance.
  • Insights — the consolidated performance of all platforms (spend, CPC, CTR, conversions).
  • Planner — your media plan: how much to invest, on which platforms, and with what objectives.
  • Campaign Manager — operate the real campaigns: pause, activate, and adjust budgets.
  • Estrategias IA — generate a campaign structure with AI as a starting point.
  • Ad Creator — create creatives and copy for your ads with AI.
  • Ads Visualizer — preview and compare your real ads with their metrics.
  • Auto-Budget, Link Checker, Recommendations, and Search TermsGoogle Ads-specific tools to automate budgets and keep campaigns optimized.
You don't have to use them all from day one. Start with the Planner to organize your investment, and then add the optimization tools as your campaigns run.

What do I need to start using it?

The module works with your real campaigns, so the first thing is to connect the advertising accounts:

  • Your ad accounts connected. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn connect from Settings > Integrations. Without that connection, Insights and Campaign Manager have no data to show or campaigns to operate.
  • A media plan, to work with a clear budget and objectives instead of improvising. See Build your media plan and budget with the Planner.
The Auto-Budget, Link Checker, Recommendations, and Search Terms tools are exclusive to Google Ads: they need that account connected to work. The other tools work with all the platforms you have integrated.

How do I know if I'm spending at the right pace?

One of the most important questions in advertising isn't how much you spend, but at what pace: whether by mid-month you've already used up almost your whole budget, or whether you're going so slow you won't get there. That's the pacing, and MB Suite tracks it for you. See Control the pacing: whether you're spending at the right pace.

Still have questions?

Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
