In two lines: Paid Insights puts the investment and results of all your ad platforms on a single screen. It's where you compare how each channel performs without having to go into Google, Meta, or TikTok separately.
What does Paid Insights show me?
A consolidated read of your advertising in the period you choose (7, 14, or 30 days):
- General KPIs at the top: Total Investment, Impressions, Clicks, and Conversions adding up all the platforms.
- Trend charts: how the investment splits across platforms, the evolution of spend and conversions per channel, and the CPC per platform.
- Campaign table: each campaign with its impressions, clicks, investment, conversions, and cost per conversion.
That way you see at a glance which platform brings you the most results and at what cost.
How is it different from Overview and Campaign Manager?
All three views look at your campaigns, but with different purposes:
- Overview — the module's quick pulse, for a general look.
- Insights — the performance analysis: here you compare metrics and decide where your investment performs best.
- Campaign Manager — the operation: here you change the campaigns (pause, activate, adjust budget). See Pause, activate, and adjust your real campaigns with Campaign Manager.
Insights is read-only: it serves to understand, not to operate.
Why do I see an empty platform or one with no data?
It's almost always a missing connection. Insights only shows the platforms you have connected:
- If a platform doesn't appear or asks to connect, do it from Settings > Integrations.
- If you just connected it, the data may take a while to load the first time.
Always compare even periods. A month with a strong commercial date doesn't compare like-for-like with a normal one: also look at the cost per conversion, not just the total investment.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
