What can I do from Campaign Manager?
It's your control panel for all platforms together. From the Campaigns tab you can:
- See all your active campaigns with their key metrics (budget, spend, CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS).
- Pause and Activate campaigns.
- Adjust budgets.
- Go into a campaign to work on its ad groups, ads, and keywords.
You can filter by platform or status, search with Search campaigns..., and order the view with Group by (by platform or by account).
Are the changes I make real?
Yes, and it's the most important thing to understand. Campaign Manager works directly on your connected ad accounts: each action has immediate impact on the investment, just as if you did it inside Google Ads or Meta.
The first time you enter, MB Suite shows you a notice you must accept (I understand and accept) before operating. Keep in mind, too, that:
- Changes are executed with each integration's linked account, so in each platform's history they appear under that account's name, not your user.
- MB Suite still saves each action under your user in its own log.
How do I pause or activate a campaign?
Find the campaign in the table and use the Pause or Activate action. The change is applied on that campaign's real platform.
If you need to operate several at once, select them and use the bulk actions (for example, pausing a set of campaigns or Adjust budget % on all the selected ones).
How do I adjust a budget?
Open the campaign and use Edit budget, or apply a percentage change to several with Adjust budget %. The new budget is saved directly on the platform.
How do I know what was changed and who did it?
In the Change history tab you see all the modifications of the period: who made them (a person, the system, or MIA), on which campaign, and what changed exactly. It's your audit log for understanding why a campaign changed from one day to the next.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
