Control the plans and pacing of all your accounts

Updated 2026-07-13

In two lines: the agency Paid Media Plans view puts each account's active plan and pacing on a single screen, with alerts for what needs attention. It's where you supervise the advertising of your whole portfolio without opening account by account.

What does this view show me?

In Accounts > Paid Media Plans you see, for each account, its current plan, how much it has spent, and its pacing (high, low, or OK). You can look at it organized in different ways with the By Account, By Status, and Summary tabs.

The Summary concentrates the alerts that matter: accounts spending off pace, expired plans not archived, outdated costs, unlinked campaigns, or accounts with no active plan.

Start your day with the Summary: it tells you exactly which accounts to focus on today, instead of reviewing them all one by one.

How do I act from here?

  • Detect the account with a problem in the list and go into its plan to resolve it.
  • For repetitive tasks across several accounts, use bulk actions like Sync costs or archiving expired plans all at once.

For the detail of how a plan and its pacing work inside an account, see Build your media plan and budget with the Planner and Control the pacing: whether you're spending at the right pace.

Can I get the status without going in to check?

Yes. In this view's settings you can turn on the Weekly Email Summary, which sends the workspace's owners and admins a summary with all the active alerts. You can also automate the cost syncing and the archiving of expired plans, so the view stays up to date on its own.

This view is available only at the workspace level. Each account appears with data when it has its platform connected and its campaigns linked.
