Why does it ask for so many permissions?
Each platform protects your data behind permissions. To bring in your metrics —campaigns, audiences, reviews— MB Suite needs you to authorize access to that information. Most permissions are read-only: reading your data to display it in dashboards and reports. Some features also request permission to act on your behalf —publishing from the Social Planner or sending and receiving WhatsApp messages—, always scoped to that feature. Without the corresponding permission, that section stays empty or that action isn't available.
Permissions are requested per feature: for example, managing your Meta Business Manager, reading your Google Business Profile, or accessing WhatsApp Business messaging. Each one enables a part of the product.
Who can connect and change permissions?
Connecting, reauthorizing, or disconnecting an integration in Settings > Integrations is reserved for administrator roles (owner or admin). A member with another role can see each platform's status, but can't change the connection.
What does "Pending permissions" mean?
Sometimes an integration stays connected but is missing a new permission the platform started to require. MB Suite marks it as Pending permissions: the connection is still alive, but some of the data doesn't come in until you resolve it.
To resolve it, use Update permissions on that platform's card and reauthorize. See the step-by-step in Reauthorize an integration when it asks for permissions again.

Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
