How do I connect my manager account?
In Settings > Integrations, use Connect on the platform (Google Ads, Meta…) and sign in with the user who manages the MCC or the Business Manager. When you authorize, MB Suite sees all the ad accounts that account manages, without you connecting them one by one.
How do I hand out each account to its client?
Connecting the manager brings all the ad accounts together; the next step is to say which account goes with which client. That's done by assigning the correct data source to each Account. See Assign the data sources for each account.
And if the client manages their own account?
You can also connect the platform directly inside the client's Account, instead of inheriting it from the workspace. Use it when each client manages their own access and you prefer to keep them separate.
What about TikTok?
TikTok works differently: on TikTok each access is one account, so there's no manager account that brings several at once. To manage more than one TikTok profile, connect the first one and then, on the connected TikTok card in Settings > Integrations, use Add account to authorize each additional profile. Every account you add appears together, and you assign each one to its Account in Data Sources.
What about LinkedIn?
LinkedIn is a mix. Company Pages can be brought in together under a single access, but personal profiles can't be delegated: each one requires that person to sign in. So every LinkedIn connection is one person's authorization (for example, someone on the client's team). To add more, on the connected LinkedIn card in Settings > Integrations use Add connection and have that person sign in. With several connections, the LinkedIn Page selector in Data Sources lists every page from all the connections together (no duplicates), and the Profile selector shows one profile per connection.

Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
