Connect an account that manages several brands (MCC or Business Manager)

Updated 2026-07-13

In two lines: as an agency you usually manage many clients under a single Google Ads MCC or Meta Business Manager. In MB Suite you connect that manager account just once in your workspace and then assign each ad account to the correct client's Account.

How do I connect my manager account?

In Settings > Integrations, use Connect on the platform (Google Ads, Meta…) and sign in with the user who manages the MCC or the Business Manager. When you authorize, MB Suite sees all the ad accounts that account manages, without you connecting them one by one.

Connect with the user who actually manages the accounts on the platform. If you connect with a user who only sees a part, the rest of the accounts won't appear.

How do I hand out each account to its client?

Connecting the manager brings all the ad accounts together; the next step is to say which account goes with which client. That's done by assigning the correct data source to each Account. See Assign the data sources for each account.

This is the agency model: one central connection in the workspace, handed out to each Account. You don't need a separate integration per client. To understand Workspace and Accounts, see Workspace and Account: how your clients are organized.

And if the client manages their own account?

You can also connect the platform directly inside the client's Account, instead of inheriting it from the workspace. Use it when each client manages their own access and you prefer to keep them separate.

The use of the integrations and the handling of the data you connect are governed by the Terms and Conditions, which always hold the current version.
