How do I always keep them at hand?
Press ? on any page (outside a text field) and a panel opens with all the available shortcuts. You don't have to memorize them: that panel is your quick guide, always at hand.
The general ones
These use key + key at the same time. On Windows, replace ⌘ with Ctrl.
- ⌘K — Opens the Command Palette: from there you search pages and trigger actions (create a task, a dashboard, a contact and more).
- ⌘O — Switch workspace or account (the organization selector).
- ⌘/ — Opens the Help Center.
- ? — Shows the panel with all the shortcuts.
- / — Jumps straight to the search box of the page you're on.
- C — Creates a new item depending on where you are (a task, a dashboard, a contact, etc.).
- Escape — Closes the open modal or panel, or cancels what you're doing.
Go to any section (G + letter)
These are a two-key sequence: press G, release it, then the letter. You don't have to hold G down.
- G → O — Overview
- G → A — Accounts
- G → T — Tasks
- G → C — Contacts
- G → M — Members
- G → I — Integrations
- G → S — Settings
- G → P — Client Portal
Go to the modules (G + letter)
- G → D — Dashboards
- G → F — Paid Media
- G → X — Social Media
- G → N — Monitors
- G → L — Alerts
The G shortcuts work from any page, as long as you're not typing in a text field or an editor. If you're unsure about one, ? shows you the up-to-date list.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
