Where do I see how many emails I have left?
Open Email Marketing and look at the Email usage widget on the overview. It shows your plan as a badge (5K plan, 10K plan or 25K plan), the emails sent versus the month's limit, and the percentage used. As you get close to the ceiling it warns you, and when you hit it, it shows Limit reached — from that point on, sends are paused until the next cycle or until you move to a bigger plan.
The volume plans
- 5K plan — comes included with Email Marketing, at no extra cost. It's a hard cap: when you reach it, sends stop.
- 10K plan — a paid monthly add-on with double the quota. Also a hard cap.
- 25K plan — the largest quota and the only one that allows overage: if you go over, the extra sends go through and are billed per every 1,000 emails above the limit, at the rate the widget itself shows.
The exact monthly price of each plan and the overage rate are shown on screen when you open the plan picker — that's always the current figure. The quota resets with each billing cycle.
How do I change plan?
- In Email Marketing, press Upgrade plan in the Email usage widget. The Email marketing plan panel opens with the three plans; the one you're on is marked Current.
- Choose the plan you want. If it's an upgrade, MB Suite calculates the Charged today (prorated) — only the difference for the days left in your cycle — and the New monthly price.
- Press Continue with upgrade. A Confirm purchase dialog shows what you're buying, which account it's For, who it's Paid by, and the Card that will be charged.
- Confirm. The charge goes to the card already saved on the subscription — you never get sent to an external payment page — and the new limit applies right away.
Who can change the plan?
Only an owner or an admin — the same rule as every purchase in MB Suite. In an account whose subscription your agency pays, the change is made by the agency: an owner or admin of the workspace enters the account and changes the plan there; the prorated charge and the new monthly amount go to the agency's invoice, and the quota belongs to that account. The account's own team sees the note "Purchases for this account are managed by your workspace". See Your agency's billing: plans and who pays for each account.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
