Products and catalogs: your manual list and synced feeds

Updated 2026-08-05

In two lines: in CRM > Settings > Products you manage two kinds of products: the manual list you curate by hand (it feeds your deal quotes) and synced catalogs — ecommerce feeds that import and update themselves.

How do I create a manual product?

  • Go to CRM > Settings > Products and press New product.
  • Fill in name, price and frequency. Next to the price you set the Currency: it defaults to the workspace's Main Currency, but you can price a product in a different one (handy if you sell in more than one currency). You can also add tax, description, a SKU, an image (URL), and your own custom fields (defined in Settings > Custom fields, entity Products).
  • These products are the ones you pick when quoting a deal, and they print on the quote PDF you send to the client: Send a professional quote in PDF from the deal.

Work with the manual list as a table

The Manual tab is a full table, just like Prospects, People and Companies — so a long price list stays easy to scan and work with. You can show, hide, reorder and resize columns (any product custom field shows up automatically as a column), sort by several columns at once, and filter what you see. Your layout is remembered per user and per account.

  • Press Columns to choose which columns show and in what order — including your product custom fields.
  • Use the filters to narrow the list: a quick Frequency filter, plus advanced filters you build with conditions and can save as Private (only you) or Shared (the whole CRM team). Sorting by multiple columns can be saved the same way.
  • Click the chevron at the start of a row to expand it in place: you see the large image, full description, every custom field and the metadata, with Edit, Archive and Delete actions right there — no separate panel to open.
Want everyone on the team to open Products with the same columns? An owner or admin can set the current layout as the account default from the Columns panel with Apply to organization — leave it as a suggestion each member can tweak, or lock it for everyone. Search, the archived view, multi-select with bulk actions, and the CSV importer all keep working on top of the table.

How do I load many products at once (CSV)?

If your price list already lives in a spreadsheet, don't add products one by one: import them from a CSV. In Products, open the arrow next to New product and choose Import products. This creates manual products — the quotable ones that go into your deals' line items and are available to the AI Seller — not a read-only synced catalog.

  • Open the arrow next to New product and choose Import products. The wizard opens on the Upload step.
  • Drag in your CSV (max 5 MB, first row = headers). Then move to Mapping.
  • In Mapping, match each CSV column to a Product field. Name is required; price, Currency (the price's currency code, e.g. USD or ARS), SKU, frequency, tax and description are optional. Rows without a currency column fall back to the workspace's Main Currency.
  • Optionally tick Skip products whose name or SKU already exists to avoid duplicating what you already have.
  • Check the Preview and press Import N rows to finish.
Coming from WooCommerce or Shopify? Export your products to CSV from your store and keep the SKU in its own column — that's the field the importer uses to detect duplicates when you turn on skip.
Imported products are manual: they don't update on their own if your store changes prices later — you re-import or edit them by hand. If you want a list that stays in sync automatically, connect a catalog instead (next section). Start with a small file to confirm your mapping before importing the whole list.

How do I connect my store's catalog?

If you have an online store, you don't need to load products by hand: connect its product feed. Every ecommerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Tiendanube, Prestashop and the rest) generates one — it's the same feed you already use for your ad catalogs on Google and Meta.

  • In Products, open the arrow next to New product and choose New catalog.
  • Paste the feed URL (Google Shopping XML or CSV — the format is detected automatically) and pick the sync frequency: manual, daily, or every 6 hours.
  • Leave Enabled for Sellers on if you want your AI sales employees to be able to sell from this catalog (see The CRM AI Team).
  • Press Create and sync. The first import starts right away; each catalog appears as its own tab next to Manual.

What do I see in a catalog tab?

Each catalog tab shows its sync status, how many products it has, and when it last synced, with a Sync now button to refresh on demand. Below, the product list with image, price, availability and category — you can search within what's loaded and keep loading more.

A synced catalog is a read-only mirror: products are edited in your store, not in MB Suite — the sync brings the changes over. Deleting a catalog also deletes all its synced products (your manual list is never touched).
Where do I find my feed URL? In your store's admin, look for "product feed", "Google Shopping feed" or "catalog" — if you run catalog ads, your marketing team already has this link at hand.

Connecting a feed imports data from an external service into MB Suite. The applicable conditions are described in our Terms of Service.
