Export your CRM data: people, companies and deals

Updated 2026-10-16

In two lines: Export CSV downloads your people, companies or deals in a file you open in any spreadsheet, with the headers in your language. If you tick rows, the selection bar has the button to download only those.

How do I export People or Companies?

  • Go to CRM > People (or CRM > Companies).
  • For your whole base, use Export CSV in the toolbar, with no filters or search: the file brings all your active records, even the ones the list didn't load.
  • For part of it, filter, search or choose another View —Archived, for example— and use Export CSV: what you see comes out, in its order.
  • To download only some, tick them and use Export selected, on the selection bar.

Each row brings every email and phone, the labels and the owner by name, and one column per custom field. People add Do not contact and the Unsubscribed date and Bounced date columns; companies, how many people and deals each one has and what it won.

With filters, if the list didn't finish loading, the filter ran over what was loaded and the export tells you so: click Load all and export again. If your base is very large, the file brings the first records and tells you too.

And deals?

In CRM > Deals, Export CSV downloads what the spreadsheet shows: the filtered rows in their order, with the visible columns and readable names, your custom fields, the labels and the company or person columns you added; the probability is the forecast's. Export selected, on the selection bar, downloads only the ticked ones, and if the spreadsheet didn't load every deal, it warns you that the file comes from what was loaded: click Load all and export again. In CRM > Pipelines, Export CSV, at the top, downloads every deal of the pipeline you're viewing, from the server. The detail of the spreadsheet: Build your sales funnel: pipelines, stages and deals.

Exporting belongs to the workspace's owners and admins and to CRM Managers and Admins. A Sales rep (or a workspace Viewer) sees the notice "To export data you need to be an Owner or Admin, or have the CRM Manager or Admin role. Ask an administrator for access." What each role can do: CRM roles and permissions: what each sales rep can see and do.
A cell that starts with =, +, - or @ —a name or a note someone typed in a form, for example— comes out with an apostrophe in front, so the spreadsheet doesn't run it as a formula. Numbers and phones come out as they are, and if you import the file again, the apostrophe goes away.

The file holds your contacts' personal data: store and share it carefully. Its use in MB Suite is governed by our Terms and Conditions. To load a base again, see Import your current contacts and deals.
