When someone books a meeting through your booking page, the worst enemy is the no-show. Each event type can send up to three automatic WhatsApp messages to the guest: an immediate confirmation when the booking is made, a reminder 24 hours before, and a final one 10 minutes before with the link to join. Each message uses an approved WhatsApp template, so they arrive even if the guest never wrote to you first.
Set it up per event type
- Go to CRM > Settings > Booking público and open the event type you want (or create one).
- In the reminders section, turn on the messages you need: Confirmación inmediata, Recordatorio 24 h antes, and/or Recordatorio 10 minutos antes.
- Pick the WhatsApp line that will send them and, on each card, the approved template to use. If the recommended template doesn't exist yet on your line, the card offers to create it with one click (Meta approves it in minutes, usually).
- Choose the template language and save. From then on, every new booking of that event type gets its confirmation and reminders automatically.
Turning any WhatsApp reminder on makes the phone field required on the booking form automatically — without the guest's number there is nothing to send to. The messages mirror into the contact's CRM conversation, so your team sees exactly what the guest received.
