What does the AI Score do?
With Prospect scoring active, each prospect that comes in receives an AI Score: a quality rating that classifies it as Hot, Warm, Medium, or Cold. It serves to prioritize without reading the whole inbox: the hot ones first. Its sibling, Deal scoring, keeps an up-to-date score of every open deal in the pipeline.
- Go to CRM > Settings > AI Team and press Add AI position.
- Choose Prospect scoring (or Deal scoring). Unlike the operative positions, these are single: there's one of each.
- Turn Active on and, if you want, refine Qualified when… and Not qualified when… with your own criteria.
- Save. From then on, the score appears on each prospect in the inbox. See The prospect inbox: receive, qualify, and convert into a deal.
What does the deal's AI Coach do?
The deal's AI Coach analyzes a deal's conversation and returns:
- Actionable recommendations on the next step.
- A risk level (low, medium, or high) so you know which deals need attention.
You add it the same way: Add AI position > Deal coach, turn Active on and, if it helps, fill in Coaching focus, Offer context and What NOT to recommend so its advice sounds like your sales playbook. Then, inside any deal, you update it to regenerate the recommendations when the conversation has moved forward.
Which agent runs the score and the coach?
Each of these seats has a Linked AI Agent. If you leave it as it comes, it runs on the CRM's default agent — that's what the DEFAULT badge means. If you'd rather pick someone from your team, the selector only offers internal analysts: agents that evaluate inside the CRM and never message anyone. The ones that talk to leads over WhatsApp aren't listed for these seats, on purpose.
Everything the agent knows also reaches these seats: what you load in the seat's own knowledge plus the base of the agent holding it. How the two levels fit together is explained in Agents and seats: who's who on your AI team, and the operative seats of the same team in The CRM's AI Team: Qualifier, Setter and Seller.
Next step: while you work the deal, let the follow-up run on its own with Automate follow-up: Sequences and booking pages.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
