What does the AI Score do?
When you enable AI Scoring, each prospect that comes in receives an AI Score: a quality rating that classifies it as Hot, Warm, Medium, or Cold. It serves to prioritize without reading the whole inbox: the hot ones first.
To turn it on, go to CRM > Settings and enable AI Scoring. From then on, the score appears on each prospect in the inbox. See The prospect inbox: receive, qualify, and convert into a deal.
What does the deal's AI Coach do?
The deal's AI Coach analyzes a deal's conversation and returns:
- Actionable recommendations on the next step.
- A risk level (low, medium, or high) so you know which deals need attention.
You activate it by choosing an agent in the Coach's settings. Then, inside any deal, you update it to regenerate the recommendations when the conversation has moved forward.
Do I need to configure anything else?
The CRM's AI features use the agent you define for the module. If, when opening the Coach, you see a notice that it's not configured, go configure it and choose an agent; only then does it start generating recommendations.
