What does it mean?
MB Suite suspended that workspace for violating the Terms & Conditions. While it stays suspended, nobody on your team can use it: the Workspace suspended screen takes over every section, Settings included, so there's nothing to pay or subscribe to again from there. Suspending isn't deleting: the suspension doesn't erase the workspace or its data, and while it lasts the workspace can't be deleted either.
What do I do if I think it's a mistake?
Use Contact support: it opens an email to support@mb-suite.com with the workspace's name in the subject, and we'll look into it. If you work in other workspaces, Switch workspace takes you to your list so you can keep working in them.
Accounts that depend on a suspended agency lose access; "Client pays" accounts don't
MB Suite suspends an agency's or a company's workspace, never a single account on its own. If an agency is suspended, the accounts that depend on it —the internal ones and the ones the agency pays for— lose access: whoever opens them sees "Access to {account} is suspended" and, in the Client Portal, those accounts show Access temporarily suspended. Accounts in Client pays mode keep working for their direct team, but the agency's people can't get into any of them.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it about what you see on screen — and it can also answer how-to questions about using MB Suite.
